VENUE MANAGER
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Venue Manager to join our team at The Woollahra Hotel. Our ideal candidates have worked in high volume venues and are comfortable managing a multi-faceted business whilst on shift, where food also plays an integral part of the venue’s offerings and customer service is their highest priority. We value personality, commitment and a can-do attitude as the keys to success.
SENIOR CHEFS
The Woollahra Hotel is seeking experienced Senior Chefs (Junior Sous to Senior Sous) to join its kitchen brigade. A contemporary pub menu with Asian influence is how we describe our offering and you will have the ability to influence what we offer. With a renowned focus of delivering excellent food, a unique customer experience and a premium quality product, experience with Asian cuisine is preferred.
